For participation in the Congress it is necessary to register at the site up to the 1 of September 2011. All works, which correspond to the requirements, will be published in the Ukrainian Scientific Medical Youth Journal (special edition of Supreme Certifying Commission of Ukraine).



 

It's necessary for all students and young scientists, who wish to take part in the Congress, to pass registration at the website www.nmusic.org.ua up to the 1 of September.
Abstracts, which don’t meet the requirements, as well as abstracts, authors of which will not be registered, will not be declined!


•    The abstract should not be published before or directed for a publication to other editions;
•    One author can publish only one abstract or two works as coauthor;
•    It is necessary to represent shortly a purpose and tasks of the research, materials and methods, results and conclusions in the structure of the work;
•    All reductions (except units of measuring) can be used only after mention of the complete term;
•    Abstracts should not contain tables and figures;
•    Total size of the abstract – 2500 characters, including gaps and summary in English;
•    A text is printed in MS Word, in the format of А4 with the fields 2 cm from each side, type Times New Roman, 14 pt, ordinary, distance between lines is one and a half intervals;
•    While saving choose 'save as' - a file type 'rtf';
•    The name of file must be Your last name and section code (example: ivanov_car.rtf).

The structure of the published work: the title of the abstract, initials and surnames of authors, a rank, scientific degree, initial(s), surname(s) of the scientific supervisor(s), complete name of the establishment, text of the abstract.

ATTENTION! Organizing committee has right to choose works due to its quality. If an abstract does not follow the requirements or is low graded, it will not be qualified for participation, but organizing fee will not be returned. The authors of works, selected by the committee to be presented orally or by a poster, will receive personal invitations by e-mail up to the 20th of September 2011.


The oral report must not exceed 7 minutes.


•    Size of poster is 125х80 cm
•    In the structure of the report it is necessary to represent a purpose and tasks of the research, materials and methods, results and conclusions
•    All abbreviations (except for units of measuring) may be used only after mention of complete term
•    A title: the first line (or a few lines if it is necessary) is the name of the work (capital letters); second line (or a few lines if it is necessary) is initials and surname(s) of author (authors); the third line is the name of establishment, organisation; the fourth line is the name of the department; the fifth line is a scientific degree, initials, surname of head of department; the sixth line is a scientific degree, initials, surname(s) of scientific supervisors, text of the report
•    A poster report may contain illustration material
•    Size of font in the text of the poster must be not less than 20 pt.

Registration fee for the publication of abstracts is 20 Euros, for passive participants (without the publication of abstracts) – 10 Euros, money are transmitted to the International O.O. Bohomolets fund: Kyiv, 13 T.
